We are an active congregation in terms of our various auxiliaries and ministries.  There are many ministries established at our church.

Wednesday Evening Bible Study and Evangelistic& Praise & Worship Services:

Our Wednesday evening service meets each Wednesday in the sanctuary at 6:00pm for a time of singing, praise & worship and the Word of God delivered by Elders and Ministers.   You are encouraged to attend.

Sunday Worship Services:

Each first and fourth Sunday, Pastor Chance delivers the morning sermon.  On each third Sunday, Assistant Pastor Tate ministers. On all other opportunities are shared among the remainder of qualified speakers (Elders & Ministers).

From time-to-time, guest speakers are invited to preach on behalf of Pastor Chance.  Also, Missionaries or Deacons may be designated to speak the “Word” depending on circumstances.

Music Ministry:

The chorus for all Sunday morning worship services is normally managed by our choir under the direction of the Choir Director – First Lady, Gerlene Chance and Church Musician, Brother Jesse Heidelburg. The choir rehearses once per week at 11:00am each Saturday morning, and membership in the choir is open to all interested members.  If you would like to sing in our choir, please contact Sister Arlie Tate – Choir President.

Praise & Worship Ministry:

The initial inspirational music (opening) for all Sunday services is normally handled by our Praise & Worship “team” under the direction of Sister Gerlene Chance.  The Praise & Worship team rehearses once per week each Saturday (following choir rehearsal) at 12:00 Noon.  Membership in the praise & worship team is open to all interested.  If you would like to sing on the team, please contact First Lady Chance.

Adult Sunday School:

We have an adult Sunday school class that meets every Sunday morning starting at 9:30am in the sanctuary.  Pastor Chance is Superintendent.  There are a number of qualified adult teachers who rotate teaching responsibilities.  You are strongly encouraged to attend.

The various ministries and activities in the church are coordinated and implemented by members who serve on one or more of the standing auxiliaries within the church, with the pastor providing general oversight.
